Cancellation Policy/No Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. The therapist does not get compensated if you miss your appointment so please respect their time and give other clients the chance to take your appointment.
As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. **If no notification, or less than 24 hours is provided, you will be charged 50% of your appointment price as a “NO SHOW FEE”**. Please note that benefits do not cover missed appointment fees. If you need to reschedule prior to the 24 hours, please feel free to do so.
If because of an emergency you need to cancel within 24 hours, please give us a call.
Late Arrivals
Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. Unfortunately, we cannot provide late arrivals with an extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment.
**This will be at our discretion and only with proper advanced notification of your arrival. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. The original reservation fee will be charged for any late arrivals. These fees will be charged to your credit card on file.**
